Just like our products, we strive to be completely transparent in our process. That’s why we’ve taken the liberty of including some of the questions that our customers tend to ask us. Take a look below, and please reach out to us if anything is left unclear.

Shipping Policy

Local Singapore Registered Postage: $5
We aim to process all online orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

 

Registered Postage are handled by our courier company, EasyParcel. 
Orders placed for Registered Postage should be received within 1 to 3 working days after Orders has be fulfilled. 
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are handled on Monday or the first working day after.

(Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)

International Shipping: Varies
International Shipping are handled by our courier company, EasyParcel.
Orders placed for International Shipping will received their products from 3 to 14 days.

(Varies by location and custom clearance)
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country's customs clearance. 

Delayed or Lost Orders:
A parcel is considered lost (For Registered Postage and International Shipping Only) after it has been in the courier tracking system for a period of 14 days and tracking status shows Lost. We will launch an investigation with the courier company and will send a new product the soonest we can.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. 
Orders placed by Normal Postage are unable to be tracked, if parcel are lost, we are not responsible for it. To prevent such problems, we always recommend Registered Postage.

Wrong or Incomplete Address:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address indicated by you, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at check out is incomplete or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request a return within this timeframe.

 

For a return to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at wonderfulself_@outlook.com. It's important to note that customers are responsible for covering courier charges for returns.

 

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with instructions regarding the procedure and the designated return address. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Orders:

Regarding damages or discrepancies with your order, we urge you to inspect the items upon receipt and promptly inform us if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Please be aware that certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have concerns about the eligibility of a specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

 

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return the original item, and upon acceptance of the return, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.


Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
